Age Limitations Apply: All Minor/Child limited to minors/children aged 16 years old and above with only one exception; Earlobe Piercings are limited to minors/children aged 6 years old and above. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present during piercing session, bring valid documentation to confirm authority to sign waivor on behalf of minor/child during the piercing session. Note: We will NOT accept notes from parents or guardians with accompanying adult. Acceptable Documentation includes: Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID's with matching last names for both parent and child, Military ID cards that match both dependant and sponsor. These are all examples, please call or message if you have any questions. This is an appointment for an EAR Piercing Session for a minor/child. This session is for STANDARD placement. Includes ENTRY level jewelry. Standard Placement Piercings include the following: • Nose: Nostril(s) *16 years old and above. • Ear(s): Helix, Flat, Conch, Tragus, Rook *16 years old and above, Earlobe *6 years old and above. • Face: Eyebrow(s) *16 years old and above. • Navel *16 years old and above. Basic Jewelry is included with this piercing and consists of premium surgical stainless steal jewelry piece(s) sourced only from highly reputable vendors. (No Amazon jewelry here). All piercings are completed using the highest standards and utilizing needle and catheter. (No Piercing Guns)
