How to Book Your Appointment at Dancing Needles Tattoo

We’re so glad you’re interested in booking with us at Dancing Needles Tattoo! To help make the process easy and convenient, we use Vagaro, an online scheduling platform where you can view our availability and request your next tattoo appointment or consultation.

Here's How to Book:

1. Visit Our Website Start by visiting www.dancingneedlestattoo.com. You’ll find the "Book" tab located in the vertical menu on the right-hand side of the page. This will direct you to our official Vagaro booking site.

2. View Availability Through Vagaro, you can view each artist’s calendar availability and select a time that works for you. You can also go directly to our booking page here: https://www.vagaro.com/dancingneedlestattoo.

3. Request Your Appointment When you request a time slot, please note that this is simply a request — it is not an official appointment until we approve it on our end. This allows us to review your request and ensure we have enough time to prepare for your session properly.

4. Why Can't I Book Within 5 Days? There is a 5-day window blocked from immediate booking. This is intentional, as it gives us time to review your request, prepare for your tattoo, and make sure you’re getting the attention and time you deserve.

5. For New ProjectsIf your project is new, we highly recommend speaking with your artist directly before self-booking. This allows us to estimate how many hours your tattoo will require and ensures we reserve enough time for your session. During this conversation, your artist will also provide you with a booking fee link. This fee must be paid before we can approve your appointment request. (If you are booking to continue an existing project, this step is typically not necessary.)

   
   

Please also note: Attaching all helpful information and reference photos with your request is greatly appreciated and helps us understand your vision more clearly. If your project is new, please be aware that a consultation may be necessary before you can self-book a tattoo appointment. This helps ensure we are aligned on the design, placement, size, and time needed.

6. Confirmation Process Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, and any necessary booking fee has been paid, you’ll receive a confirmation text letting you know your appointment is officially scheduled. Until you receive that confirmation, your appointment is not finalized.
